SRAN FAMILY ORCHARDS COMPLETES MULTIMILLION DOLLAR PROCESSING PLANT AND REBRANDS COMPANY

December 16, 2015

(FRESNO, CALIF.) —Sran Family Orchards celebrates its 65th year in business with a brand new, multimillion-dollar almond processing plant, new logo, and new website.

The new state-of-the-art facility has a high volume processing capacity for organic and conventional almonds. To reduce handling costs, the plant also includes cold storage and freezer rooms for organic products on site. To prevent contamination, 100% stainless steel material is used throughout the plant, and the latest RF technology is used in the pasteurization process.

“In our 65th year, we are excited to celebrate the legacy that our family has built,” said Lakhy Sran, Partner at Sran Family Orchards. “We’ve invested into our new facility to meet the international demand of premium organic and conventional almonds and continue to deliver exceptional quality products.”

The second-generation family business hasn’t forgotten its roots. The new logo gives a nod to the family’s great aunt who came to the U.S. in 1950 and started the farm. The refreshed website highlights the company’s family values and commitment to quality, service, and strength.
